Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled so they do not renew at the end of the current billing period. Access remains available until the paid period ends unless the payment provider or LinkBee24 determines otherwise.
Refund requests
If LinkBee24 does not work as expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase or renewal. We review refund requests based on account status, usage, and payment provider transaction records.
Exclusions
Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund requests, violation of service terms, or issues caused by unsupported third-party websites.
